The agreement was signed in Monrovia on Monday, May 25 with Alhaji Riliwan Bolaji Raji signing, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NEWOMCII signing for his organization, while NCF Founder, now Senate Protemp Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence signed for her group.
Speaking at the occasion, the President Protempore of the Liberian Senate and vision bearer of Nyonblee Cares Foundation, Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence, highlighted the significant social impact of the Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to community development in Liberia.
Despite being a politician herself, she clarified that the foundation operates independently of politics, focusing instead on transformative programs like their robotics and STEM initiatives.
These educational efforts, she explained, have empowered local students to compete successfully on global platforms, resulting in international awards and prestigious scholarship opportunities.
By establishing a new partnership in Nigeria, the NCF Founder indicated that the organization now aims to expand its outreach and secure a larger international presence.
She revealed that the signing of the agreement is a celebration of humanitarian collaboration and the potential for technology to elevate the next generation of African leaders.

“The foundation is the charity organization we established back in 2011, even before we officially got on our feet. I later had to somehow detach myself from the foundation because we wanted it to remain strictly charitable and not be associated with politics. Today, we have a board in Liberia, as well as an international branch in the United States. Here in Liberia, George serves as director alongside his team, who are doing exceptionally well. Beyond our presence in Liberia and the United States, we had always sought to build stronger connections across Africa,” Protempt Karnga-Lawrence told the gathering.
In remarks, Alhaji Riliwan Bolaji Raji signing, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NEWOMCII stressed the need for gender-based investment, which he believes this partnership would deliver.
The Nigerian businessman and humanitarian views the development of women not as a privilege but as a fundamental necessity for progress, a reason he said motivated him to establish NEWOMCII, an organization dedicated to empowering women as a means of societal advancement.
He the organization’s activities are similar to Nyonblee Cares – it is driven by a spiritual conviction that women are natural multipliers of resources and essential pillars of the family unit during times of hardship.
Alhaji Raji pointed out that NEWOMCII focuses on practical interventions such as providing agricultural tools to women in clusters and supporting traditional arts and crafts.
With Nyonblee Cares being a non-profit charitable organization established to improve the socio-economic welfare of marginalized, disadvantaged and vulnerable citizens of Liberia, particularly women and children, Raji noted that both institutions share similar goals and objectives and as such, it was necessary to amalgamate force in fostering the welfare of these vulnerable groups in society.
Through these efforts and such partnership, Raji seeks to create sustainable cooperatives that foster economic growth across African communities.
“It gives me joy when I know somebody is smiling because of our efforts. And I believe God is not sleeping. He has been faithful and given me that resources to be able to do that,” added Alhaji.
