Buchanan, Grand Bassa County – The wife of prominent Liberian businessman Philip Paye, Mrs. Theresa Paye, has praised Grand Bassa County Superintendent Karyou Johnson for what she described as his commitment to transforming the county through strategic development initiatives and improvements in public service delivery.
Speaking during a courtesy visit to the Office of the Superintendent on Wednesday, Mrs. Paye commended Superintendent Johnson for the progress being made under his leadership, particularly efforts aimed at modernizing government facilities and strengthening local governance structures.
According to Mrs. Paye, the Superintendent’s administration has demonstrated a clear commitment to improving the working environment for public servants and enhancing the efficiency of county operations.
