Monrovia – The President of third division outfit Kandakai FC, Amos S. Kandakai, has called on fans and supporters to continue backing the club as it prepares for the Liberia Football Association (LFA) 2025/2026 National Third Division Playoff and the regional league championship final.

Kandakai FC secured qualification to the national playoff after finishing at the top of its sub-association league table in Graan Cape Mount.
The team will now face Future FC, which finished second, in a decisive encounter to determine the regional championship title before heading into the national rounds.
Speaking ahead of the crucial fixtures, Kandakai expressed confidence in his team’s preparations while emphasizing the importance of unwavering support from the community.
According to him, the consistent encouragement from supporters throughout the season played a major role in helping the team maintain its winning form and secure a place in both the playoff and the championship final.
“Our fans and sympathizers have been with us throughout this journey, and their support has been instrumental in helping the team reach this stage,” Kandakai said. “We are grateful for their commitment, and we are appealing to them to continue standing with us as we pursue our dream of reaching the Second Division.”
The club president also challenged the technical staff and players to remain focused as they prepare for what he described as their biggest tests of the season.
He urged the head coach and technical team members to intensify training sessions and ensure that no effort is spared in the pursuit of promotion and silverware.
“First, let me thank our head coach, technical staff, and players for bringing the team this far,” Kandakai added. “But now is the time for full concentration on the LFA Third Division Playoff and our league championship match. We must leave no stone unturned until our dream of qualifying for the Second Division is a reality.”
Kandakai FC’s impressive campaign has raised hopes among football enthusiasts in Grand Cape Mount County, with many viewing the club as a strong contender for promotion to Liberia’s second-tier football league.
With the playoff and championship clash fast approaching, the club’s management remains optimistic that the team can cap off a successful season by lifting the title and securing its ticket to the LFA Second Division.
